This site uses referral links. When you click an Apply button, you go to Mercor or Alignerr with a referral code attached. If you create an account through that link and complete the steps the platform requires, the platform may pay Tarifa a referral reward.

• It costs you nothing. The price, pay rate and terms you get are set by the platform.
• Rewards depend entirely on the platform’s own rules, for example new accounts only, a hiring step, or a minimum amount of work. We do not control them and cannot promise them.
• Roles are ranked by advertised pay. Rewards do not change the order.
• Links are marked rel="sponsored" so search engines know they are paid links.

Why we say this

Consumer-protection rules in many countries, including the US Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), require clear disclosure when a site earns from links. This page and the notice at the top of the home page are that disclosure.

Referral rewards generally apply only to people who are new to the platform. If you already have an account, you can still use this list to find roles, but a referral is unlikely to count.
